For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will reprint and ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Address:
If an incorrect address was provided, and the order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid such issues.

Returns for Other Reasons:
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, these returns are at your expense. Ensure you consult the size charts in the product gallery before placing your order to avoid sizing issues.

Inventoried items are stocked in small quantities to avoid waste.
